FarmDirect US operates strictly as an interactive computer service provider. Under Section 230 of Title 47 of the United States Code, FarmDirect US shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by third-party agricultural producers, organic certifying entities, or consumer buyers.
All listing details, produce claims, organic certification statuses, pricing, and fulfillment schedules are supplied directly by independent farm owners or indexed from public records of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Organic Integrity Database (OID).
FarmDirect US charges 0% commission and is NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and growers. When you send money via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or third-party links, you are sending funds directly to the independent grower.
FarmDirect US does not hold funds, intermediate disputes, or guarantee product quality, harvest delivery dates, or food safety. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying the identity of the recipient prior to initiating transfers.
While FarmDirect US cross-references records against the National Organic Program (NOP) database, organic certification statuses may change. Consumers are encouraged to verify current certificates directly with accredited certifying agencies (such as CCOF, Oregon Tilth, QAI).
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this platform shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You agree that any proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
